Joy Tang: Joy Tang is a change catalyst and entrepreneur who lives in Taipei. She is the designer of oneVillage Initiative, a development process toward whole-system collaboration that has been applied to government projects, academic curriculum and training and grassroot community building in Africa, Asia and America. Her interests include network intelligence, digital culture and organizational communication. Her love for 'griot' culture of Africa leads her study of consciousness evolution from ancient cultures to modern day behaviors in Silicon Valley and burgeoning Asia. Her blog, UnityDrum Times seeks to link mindsets for innovation. UnityDrum is the direct translation of 'jebebara,' a traditional Bamana word for djembe whose power calls people of all races, cultures, and ages together in Unity. 'Times' is the reminder of her best friend's calling out for her awakening to finding truth.
